The CLI-MED Research Mentorship program is designed to expand climate and health literacy through collaborative student research. Mentees will explore environmental topics they care about, while mentors provide guidance on brainstorming, article flow, and peer review.

Mentorship Details:

• Mentors lead small group sessions (approximately 2–3 mentees).

• Weekly commitment of about 1 hour.

• Help mentees develop case studies or analysis articles for publication.

• BCA students earn volunteer hours; all participants receive a certificate of recognition.

Mentee Opportunities:

• Build research and communication skills.

• Create interactive stories on ArcGIS StoryMaps.

• Publish work on the CLI-MED website and partner blogs.

• Present findings at local libraries and share climate science with the community.
